I am trying to download the SketchUp Pro free trail (first time) and when I try to down load I get this error:

There is not a real ‘Trial’ version, it’s basically the same app. Only the sign with your Trimble Id determines if it get’s activated on your machine.
Make sure you see the trial in your Account management Portal and if your email is added in the Member section.

I’m having the same problem. Just started a trial version for 30 days, but I can’t download sketchup.
Maybe Sketchup is having a problem?

Then run the installer and sign in with your Trimble ID/Google account.
Then, back in SU, push Start free trial
I’m the same. I need a hand.

There’s an outage. I expect they will have it back up and running as soon as possible.
I just checked the status page and it appears it’s back up and running.
