why my Project Screen have dotted like this

please help ! my laptop is ASUS A43T , AMD 6600M, 4GB RAM

When others have reported this, the problem has been related to their graphics card and its drivers. Try updating the drivers.

Also check in your AMD control panel that SketchUp (or all applications) are set to use the AMD card for OpenGL tasks. Older AMD drivers (from last year) seem to have problems with SketchUp
