Error al instalar demo v-ray

Hola

Esta mañana he instalado la demo de V-RAY
Y ahora cuando abro Sketchup Pro 2022, me aparece este error: puede seguir usando Sketchup, pero no podrás iniciar un archivo nuevo o abrir un archivo existente.

¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo?, todos los archivos de Sketchup que tenía han trasformado la extensión a Sketchup 2024.

This morning I installed the V-RAY demo
And now when I open Sketchup Pro 2022, I get this error: You can continue using Sketchup, but you won’t be able to start a new file or open an existing file.

How can I solve it? All the Sketchup files I had have been converted to Sketchup 2024.

This has nothing to do with Vray. The error message indicates you need to sign in to SketchUp again. In the Help menu click on Sign Out and then click on Sign In. Enter your email and password to sign in.

All the Sketchup files I had have been converted to Sketchup 2024.

This would imply you have, at some point, installed SketchUp 2024. They will still open just fine in SketchUp 2022.
