Sketchup files fail to open after V-ray installation

Hi. I installed V-ray to work on V-ray in Sketchup.

But before V-ray installation, Sketchup that was working properly does not open the file after V-ray installation.

It opens normally up to the Sketchup home screen, but when you open the file on the home screen, it shuts down as soon as you open it.

How can I work on it? I need to work on V-ray.

I worked on it normally until a few months ago, but after installing a new program, it doesn’t work.

My systems are all up to date. When I delete V-ray, Sketchup works normally.

I want to work on V-ray. Please help.

Did you run the installer file as an administrator? If you haven´t find the installer or download the latest version from your products on the Chaos website, then right click on it and select run as administrator.

I ran the installer file as administrator. It’s the same even though it’s the latest version.
