Environment and sky on the finished product is BLACK

Whenever I’m done rendering my model and saved it as PNG, the BG gets deleted or black. I’ve tried different settings for both sunlight, BG (environment) but I still get the same result.

Edit: Btw, may I know if why are the objects outside of the structure are all bluish (ex. the white picket fence). It seems like the setting is around 5:00 am?

P.S. I’m using SketchUp 2023 and Vray next 6

Try as JPG.

Wow! It worked. I never thought that this was gonna be the problem because I used to save all of my previous model as PNG. Thank you!
