Thanks for calling this one out; we’re are tracking this as a known issue for this dialog.

Out of curiousity, I compared the nibs for 2020 and 2021. It seems that a bunch of GUI items for LiveComponents were added in 2021 but not yet activated in the core code. I suspect they are responsible for this bug.
SU 21.0.392. The bug has not been fixed. It’s a shame
