Can I ask a question or raise a problem through this road?

I don’t find online where I can go with my problems or ask.

If I want to go in places in my sketchup model with Enscape, my program closes immediately. I think my regular computer is strong enough that has just been purchased to be able to draw 3D.

My file is not that big, 12,900kb

Is there something I have to do to solve this?

Kan ik via deze weg een vraag stellen want ik vind niet de juiste weg om een vraag of probleem aan te kunnen kaarten met Enscape.

Als ik mijn tekening (die niet zo groot is) in sketchup van verlichting wil voorzien van Enscape sluit mijn programma direct af.

Ik denk dat het niet aan mijn Computer ligt want die heb ik net aangekocht vorige maand om 3D te kunnen tekenen.

Is er iets die ik moet doen, of een instelling die anders moet staan ?

Kan je mij doorverwijzen naar iemand, een forum, …. Die mij kan verderhelpen?

you may want to try the 4.1 preview version if it works any better. Preview | Enscape
you can also check for requirements if everything is checked and additional softwares/modules installed

there’s also a dedicated function to get help for enscape Using the Support Button - Enscape

Found that support button Enscape :slight_smile:
In the meantime I will also update Enscape

The latest release version is here:

It’s 4.0.2.11, so more recent than the one you have. It was released to fix crashing issues that were happening with SketchUp 2024.
