Eneroth View Memory licence problem with SU2024 update

hello,
I’m using Eneroth’s view memory plugin successfully from SU2021.
but, it doesn’t work in SU2024 because it doesn’t find the licence.

In my extension page the plugin is present with an active licence as shown below :

there is a column saying it have been activated 3/3. does that mean that the licence only works with 3 updates of SU ? in this case 2021, 2022 and 2023 ? and I have to purchase a new licence for 2024, 2025 and 2026 ?

does anyone have an experience with that licence issue ?

I’ve contacted SU support team. they have reactivated my licence for 3 times. so it will work till SU2027.
