Hi @donadesapa,
One more resource that I would add to my earlier response is that the outputs that you are looking for all appear in the outputs section of the web application.
The article that you have referenced is dated and will be updated while we are transitioning our knowledgebase to the SketchUp help center. In the interim, I would also recommend checking out the Sefaira playlist, in particular the “Results tutorial playlist” that has the most up to date information on there.
I appreciate your answer! But downloading IDF isn´t the same. In order to have the outputs I´ll have to run the idf file on eplus itself, and get results. But it never works for me, because there are always fatal errors on running which I can´t solve. Moreover, the partial reports you mentioned apparently aren´t the same as the full HTML report that once was possible to download. For example, for Peak Loads tab, there´s just the option to download a CSV file, which will show only the total gains per zone, but I need its breakdown, per type of gains (roof, walls, solar, etc), as explained on this old page and image below: https://support.sefaira.com/hc/en-us/articles/204762979.
How can I get a report like this nowadays?
Hi @donadesapa,
I suspect what is happening is that you have Eplus 8.9 downloaded and installed and Sefaira is producing Eplus 8.5. Its been a while since I used Eplus but you should be able to convert the 8.5 version to 8.9 using the idf updater in the Energyplus install. The fatal error should also give us some cues as to what might be going on.
The output that you are looking for would be under the “plant sizing” tab.
Oh yes, that´s the report I need! Thanks a lot Niraj.
As for the idf issue, I´ve ran the update, and still get this error:

Hi @donadesapa,
Would you mind sharing the .idf file with me here? I suspect what is happening is that Eplus V8.9 has a different name for “SingleSetpoint” in the .idf editor. In the Plantloop object in the .idf editor if you would to look at the different options for the “load_distribution_scheme”, there should be some other option that should resemble “SingleSetpoint”.
In other words, the Sefaira .idf (V.8,5) has “SingleSetpoint” in one of the options but V8.9 cannot find that particular string of text and terminates the analysis.
Prior to making that change, you can also update the eplus version from 8.5 to 8.8 inside of Sefaira prior to the .idf file download as well.
