Embedded models doesn't work

My models embedded on my website doesn’t work on iPad and even on a couple of laptops- The model shows with two arrows, but can’t be manipulated.
It used to work - what has been changed, and is there a way around it ?

The 3D viewer does not work on iOS browsers. What you’re seeing is the swivel view. To my knowledge this is nothing new.

Re: laptops. You should get the 3D viewer if WebGL is enabled on that browser. If WebGL is not enabled by the browser, you will see the swivel view.
