Students cannot login. We have a G Suite domain. YouTube is blocked on our network. I can see YouTube within the error URL. Is this the cause of the issue? Is there a work around?

I can’t find a way to post a new question. We are having the same issue. We have a G-Suite domain for our school and Sketchup does not recognize it. tri-county.us

Hi @mnleblanc we added that domain to our whitelist. Try logging in again and see if it works.
