Dynamic component issues. No entity data returned

So I have a huge problem with my dynamic components.

I have around 40 DCs on my pc that I’ve built up. But over the past few weeks whether I save a project and then open the DC options I get the message “no entity date returned”. I then cannot sue the components.

I can copy the dc into a new sketchup window and it works again. But as soon as I save the project file the same happens.

Sketchup have told me it maybe due to the amount of extensions I have. So I’ve run a hard clean, uninstalled sketchup, deleted all data, reinstalled and opened it up. Haven’t installed any of my old extensions yet the problem is still happening. This is causing me HUGE issues my end. Any ideas? Photos attached of the messages

Would help if you could up load the file, otherwise hard to help.

You wont see anything from the file. When I open the file on other computers it works as it should. It’s something to do with SketchUp my end

Then I would try a reinstall of SketchUp. If they work on other machines your huge problem is not with your dynamic components. Maybe try posting for help under SketchUp Pro to get the right help… Do any of you DC names start with a letter u?

I reinstalled today but the same issue keeps happening. I’ve changed the post to pro, thanks. No, nothing starts with a U

was the install done as administrator?

I’m unsure. I just re downloaded SU and installed it. I was told to download the full offline version. But when I did that it wouldn’t even open. Just kept freezing. So now i’ve downloaded the normal one

Right click and choose run as administrator

Ok, I will uninstall and try this

no need to uninstall.

just run as admin and pick “repair” it’ll have the same effect.
