I have been trying to work out how to draw a complex curve with a tube (or solid pipe section. See image. Freehand is not smooth enough. Need help cracking this one please!

Look at Curve Maker in the Extension Warehouse. You can draw a variety of curves to use as paths for Follow Me.
Stock Maker could be useful, too. It’s available at Sketchucation.
