I got this model today in SU2021 Win latest. Sumele is very disturbed by this bug. 
I simply inserted the component into the “frame” component. Model observers were involved, but I wasn’t affecting SU model in any way.
The “good” thing is that the saved model still shows the issue, so you will be able to identify it and hopefully fix.

EDIT: I realized now that the “frames” are scaled in one direction, so it should not happen in real-life situation. It would be quite unusual to scale a Component Instance “container” that has a meaningful geometry inside.
