Still occurring on 11.2 for me
Alas, this is ābeyond my or SketchUpās controlā I am working on a MBP late 2015 with a AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2 GB. Something might be different, typically the screen setup, I suspectā¦
same here
Keep your fingers crossed that Apple fixes it.
Iām having this in Sketchup Pro 2019
As I said, keep your fingers crossed.
Fingers crossed and maybe contact Apple support about the issue. They have threatened to drop OpenGL support altogether in favor of Metal, but didnāt do so yet. It may be that they are giving OpenGL bugs very low priority.
I donāt use a Mac but I think I read in this forum that some people were lucky in getting this problem fixed by fiddling around with their external monitors (detaching, reconnecting, switching ports, etcā¦
Now hereās the weirdest thing ā¦ Iām using SketchUp Make 17.3.116 on my 2018 Mac mini running Big Sur (11.2.3) and experience the dimension mirroring problem that everyone is complaining about. However, if I open one of my designs on my 2015 MacBook Pro (also running Big Sur 11.2.3) then there is no mirroring, nor is there any mirroring when I print a design!
Thatās because they have different graphics cards and different graphics drivers.
Well whatever update has occurred, itās been several since Iāve checked Sketchup Make. Iāve been using the less capable web version for the time being. Iām on Mac OS 11.3.1 (20E241) and the dimensions are now correct, no longer mirrored.
Same MBP as before.
I am on macOS 12, and can still see the problem, but only if I am mirroring to an external monitor. Has your monitor situation changed at all?
