Dimensions mirrored

Still occurring on 11.2 for me

Alas, this is ā€˜beyond my or SketchUpā€™s controlā€™ I am working on a MBP late 2015 with a AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2 GB. Something might be different, typically the screen setup, I suspectā€¦

same here

Keep your fingers crossed that Apple fixes it.

Iā€™m having this in Sketchup Pro 2019

As I said, keep your fingers crossed.

Fingers crossed and maybe contact Apple support about the issue. They have threatened to drop OpenGL support altogether in favor of Metal, but didnā€™t do so yet. It may be that they are giving OpenGL bugs very low priority.

I donā€™t use a Mac but I think I read in this forum that some people were lucky in getting this problem fixed by fiddling around with their external monitors (detaching, reconnecting, switching ports, etcā€¦

Now hereā€™s the weirdest thing ā€¦ Iā€™m using SketchUp Make 17.3.116 on my 2018 Mac mini running Big Sur (11.2.3) and experience the dimension mirroring problem that everyone is complaining about. However, if I open one of my designs on my 2015 MacBook Pro (also running Big Sur 11.2.3) then there is no mirroring, nor is there any mirroring when I print a design!

Thatā€™s because they have different graphics cards and different graphics drivers.

Well whatever update has occurred, itā€™s been several since Iā€™ve checked Sketchup Make. Iā€™ve been using the less capable web version for the time being. Iā€™m on Mac OS 11.3.1 (20E241) and the dimensions are now correct, no longer mirrored.

Same MBP as before.

I am on macOS 12, and can still see the problem, but only if I am mirroring to an external monitor. Has your monitor situation changed at all?
