Dimensions change when exporting as .dwg

This was very eventfull sunday for me. It reminded me how great sketchup community was and still is.

I have been able to get to the output I wanted even though I remember SketchUp working differently in the past but might be mistaken.

The scale option in the export refering the distances of projection A’B’ not to the true distances AB to be contraintuitive error and sketchup could benefit from correcting it for isometric - axonometric projections or provide more control for the exports.

The exporter doesn’t know at which angles the model is placed in relation to the picture plane. Note too that even if you set the scale of the output correctly, only those edges that are parallel to the axis directions have the correct dimensions in an isometric projection. Everything else will be distorted.
