I can not type in the dimension box when creating a rectangle
Are you clicking on the Meaurements window after starting the rectangle? If so, don’t! Start drawing the rectangle, let go of the mouse, and type the dimensions ensuring you use the same separator (comma or semicolon) as is shown before you type, and then press Enter.
What version of SketchUp are you really using. If you are using the free web version it is not the desktop version. What operating system? What graphics card? NA is not a graphics card and there must be one.
