Hi guys,
I just installed Diffusion extension on Desktop pro 2025 but it doesn’t work when I click generate 
Using Diffusion 1.0.23
Any guidance ?
You don’t mention any error messages, but there is something that can happen if you’re not signed in. You may be signed in, but it would be worth trying a sign out and in again. Or be signed in, and close and reopen SketchUp.

the error message is “A problem occurred while processing your request.”
What sign in procedure are you refering to
? The diffusion extension ? I don’t see any option for that
It was the general sign in that I meant.
The error you saw has been seen with 3D Warehouse before. In that particular case it was taking a long time to upload the model.
Do you get the error right away, if you’re in a new model with only ThomThom in it? Or do you see the error even before the Uploading message appears?
Hi Colin,
the ability to sign in is not there for me, no generations of the scene I wish to produce out of my model, it gives me some random view, reloaded the diffuson tool, now no icon and diffuson doesn’t show in my “extension manager”.
understand the early workings but this was working well in previous generations and now if we are generating scenes to show our clients its a bit difficult to say " i cant produce this anymore"
please provide solution
I have the error immediately after I click the “generate” button from the diffusion windows.
I just tried from another sketchup model and diffusion worked !
So maybe something was wrong in my first model ? How can I make this better ? Because I really need diffusion on that specific model
Now for some reason it works on my first model, make no sense, but seems the problem has been self solved !
