Desktop Build - Sketchup / Podium / Twin Motion

Hi there, I am trying to decide which components to build a desktop PC with and on a budget around $1200usd. I am thinking of building a desktop as my laptop too slow too.

I am thinking about buying:
•AMD Ryzen 3600 CPU
•Radeon 5700XT GPU

Will this be a good build to start with?

I will be moving it every 2-3weeks so want to build in small form factor also so looking at Mini ITX builds.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Twinmotion recommends a Nvidia card. It also has a 4GB minimum graphics memory requirement.

Thank you Anssi. I have been told in another forum that AMD GPU might have problems. I think I will look for a 2060 Super if it fits my budget.

That’s not true…

While it recommends the 2070 card, AMD is coming out with cards that are comparable or better to that hardware. The 5700 XT comes close to that, and is a much better card due to clock speeds and texture compute.
