I seem to have some setting incorrect now.
With one sketchup file when I run the Cutlist extension I get the cutlist list, the layout sheets and the file saved.
In an almost identical sketchup file only get the cutlist. What settings can I check to see what is different? All the checks are the same in the initial Cut List two pages.
To get the layout you need to have the layout web page selected.
Can you share the .skp file so we can see what you are working with?
What version of SketchUp are you using? Please complete your profile.
OK, if I uncheck a few items it works:
I get a layout page when I run the CutList extension with your file.
And scrolling down to the Sheet Materials section:
