Hi, everyone!
I’m trying to draw this cornice around the perimeter of a room, but the follow me tool cannot extrude a curved surface and the MAJ follow me tool somehow also doesn’t recognize the face of the cornice.
Any suggestions?

Make it in two steps: first use Follow Me on 2D shape, then copy (array) the floral shapes
Thanks, but unfortunately something keeps going wrong…
I’m unable to find the edit group button as well as somehow I keep accidentally clicking the wall instead of the cornice…
Your video suggest that the face isn’t a single face. Go the View/Hidden geometry and tick it on and see if the face has any hidden edges.
There is no Edit Group button.
There are 5 ways that come to my mind to open a group for modification:
1 - Double click the group.
2 - Right click on the groupe to open a contextual menu the choose Edit Group in this menu.
3 - Click on the group to select it the use Edit Menu → Edit Group.
4 - From the Outliner Window, double click the group name.
5 - From the Outliner Window, right click on the group name to open a contextual menu the choose Edit Group in this menu.
Well, you could use the select tool and select the object you want to edit and hit ‘Enter’
