Hi I just discovered and downloaded Curic Face Array. So excited to use it but now my model keeps crashing every time I go to open my models and/or go into extension manager and all of my other extensions have disappeared. When I try to open my model a message comes up giving me the option to not load extensions since the last time I tried loading with extensions it crashed. I need help as soon as possible. This specifically has never happened to me (I’m on Windows).
What if you skip loading extensions and when you are in SketchUp – could you not then uninstall Face Array and then see if the crashing still occurs.

Click Finder’s Go->Go To Folder menu item, then enter (beware, spaces matter)
~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2024/SketchUp/Plugins
Move the offending extension’s rb and folder to the trash, then try to start SketchUp again. If that extension is causing your issue, this should let SketchUp start while you wait for curic4su to get back with diagnosis of what is wrong.

The problem is that I can’t see ANY of my extensions when I don’t load them upon start up which is frustrating and scary. It has been a few hours so I am going to try and load them again but it won’t let me open Sketchup at all when I try to load extensions now.

This means that SketchUp does not load the extension registrar files in the “Plugins” folder, so naturally the Extension Manager has a blank list.
So, the extension needs to be removed manually per Steve’s instructions.
