Creating the 'net' of a shape for printing

Hello,

I have seen this covered before but could not find it with the search. I have some very simple shapes that I want to print (on paper) and assemble.

Is there a quick plugin that will essentially flatten all my faces for me. I can do it manually of course but it’s tedious.
