Crashes While Using Enscape

Ok. Now I’m unable to get into the software at all. I’m getting this error message.

I’m beyond frustrated. Is there someone I can call? I’m only logged in to one account. This happened after our IT guy re-named that file in the hidden folder.

I also tried to deauthorize all and that did not work either. I restarted my computer after and I’m still getting the same error. This is setting me so far back in my work.

Ok, I was finally able to get back in and now the extension manager isn’t working again when it was working before. Please tell me you have a customer service number or someone that can walk me through this issue.
