An error occurs unconditionally when running vray in SketchUp.
Even after reinstalling, the error occurs
did you send the bugsplats ? using the same email you’re using on the forum ? if so, the devs can check and tell you what went wrong.
also, have you done what’s in the error panel ? sending the log to vrays team ? Problem might be sketchup related, or it might be vray, better contact both 
you could also share your file with us here if you want another user to try it on their machine (to rule out a file issue)
