Trying to save this file, but all of sudden SU will not allow me to SAVE or SAVE AS. When I SAVE crash occurs. I can SAVE A COPY though. Not sure what is going on.

I don’t have any problems with the file.
It seems to have been created with the previous version of SketchUp. You could use the SketchUp/Check for Updates option, and see if updating to the current version helps at all.
