Control Commands in Layout Not Working

I have recently switched my SketchUp Pro 2015 license to a better computer. Everything works great and the transfer of the product license was easy, except for the control commands in Layout. No control commands work… super frustrating! I’ve gone into preferences and under shortcuts there really is no option to reset or change anything. I’ve restarted my computer multiple times to see if that would help rest the program, but the few things I have tried do not work.

Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Can you share a screen shot of the Shortcuts window in Preferences? I see a text box near the bottom into which a shortcut can be typed for a selected function. After the shortcut is entered, hit the + to add it to the tool.
