Connecting to my subscription with sketchup pro

I bought a sketchup pro subscription in March. Somehow I placed on a 30 day trial. I was just notified that that I have 3 days left and asking me to purchase. I have a big project I’ve been working on and don’t want to lose it. How do I get back on my subscription and make sure that my project does not get lost?

Your subscription looks ok. In SketchUp’s welcome screen, click on the avatar in the upper right, and make sure you’re signed in with your info@ email address. That’s the address the subscription is assigned to.

If you prefer signing in with a different email address, go to this page, and under Members you can add another email address, and use the three dots menu to assign the subscription to that address:

I am having trouble with providing access for another user. When I add another user with my usable email address, it indicates None in the product access column. When I click the 3 dots to the right and enter the Modify Product Access, it shows the product with a check box, but the box will not check. Any thoughts on that?

If you have one license, you can only have one user. To give access to another you would have to remove it from yourself.
