Connect lines of planes

Having this problem, or maybe I just dont know what tools to use.
I am building a 3d-model after two images, and I only have the font and the top image.

So now i wonder if its possible to connect the plane lines so that the red axis plane follow the form of the red axis when i look from FRONT view. Is there some snap tool or something.

This is not the best approach for this kind of modeling/shape.
I would start modeling the rough outline geometry and after that start rounding and adjusting the edges.
Or trying to learn some of the organic tools like Artisan or SubD.

I used the arc tool, the line tool, the offset, the Curviloft and Tools on surface plugins from Sketchucation forum.
