When trying to make a component the dialogue box has suddenly dissapeared. The dropdown menu still gives me an option to make a component but when I click on the object the program just gives off a tone to say there is a mistake any ideas? This has only started to happen since I upgraded my video card.
Sounds like your Components window is opening off screen.
That’s what I thought as well any ideas on how to rectify it?
Select some stuff, press g to Create the component. Then the following:
Hold alt and tap space, release alt, then tap m (or the appropriate letter for move in your language) followed by any arrow key. Finally, without clicking, move the mouse around until the dialog appears, click to finish.
