New to SketchUp. I am unable to produce any components as the dialogue box, is only showing the bottom half, I am unable to pick and move it, please help!
What operating system? 2021 is not the operating system. What graphics card? Please complete your profile.
Can you show us a screen shot of what you are seeing?
First step: Go to Window>Preferences>Workspace and click on Reset Workspace.
If that fails get the Components panel showing, hit Alt and Space together, the M, then tap any arrow key and without clicking move the mouse around until the Components window move down fully on screen
