I have an issue when i drug a component from the library I have a component with some attributes Now when i drug it from the library list to the draw area i don’t see these attributes .For to see it i must to explode it . Is there something to solve this behavior?

Sounds like you’ve enveloped the component in an extra “wrapper”. If so, explode that top level component.
How did you save the component into your library?
Like the other files e.g Box.skp
So you used File>Save? If so, that would result in the extra component wrapper. You effectively wind up with a dynamic component inside another component. Instead, save the dynamic component from In Model to the collection by dragging its thumbnail in the Components panel.
