Hello,
I’m building components-example attached, with advanced attributes, with the goal of generating a report with the component data for a model. It worked when I copied the components into a model, but when I bring the files into the component tray, the attribute data is gone.
Any help appreciated.

I do not see any problem with the attached file. Is it possible that you have not saved the files as components? you can check this by seeing if they have an extra nesting. Explode would then reveal the attributes.
Components need to be saved either via the right click menu or drag and drop from the home tab to an appropriate folder revealed in the second pane of the component tray
