Hi, I am brand new to SketchUp and I can’t figure out why when I select the paint bucket button there are no color (or material) options. It is just greyed out and then does not apply color to anything. I am attaching a picture of what my screen looks like.
Are you trying to edit a material in a collection or In Model? Go to the Select tab, click on the house icon for In Model materials, select the material you want to edit and then the Edit tab. You also need to have a material selected in order to edit it. Currently in your screenshot there is no material selected to edit so no reason for the editing tools to be available.
You cannot edit materials unless they are In Model.
