Color matching error

in the initial render I have already tried using the 6500k lights

I hate to sound like a broken record here, but even in real life the paint won’t match the RGB values of the swatch. Because light is not always 6500K. It’s always changing. And things in a room affect color, as do other properties, like reflectivity of the paint, what it’s mixed with, what’s under it.

Conclusion: for all intents and purposes, your renders are fine and nobody will notice the tiny temperature changes for that color. You can get close, and that’s good enough. That’s what ANYONE can do with Vray. Other than that, you can I suppose adjust in Photoshop because that at least can guarantee a match without the guesswork in Vray.

You’ve still got a contribution from the sky/atmosphere here that will be contributing towards a shift in color also.

any suggestion on which videos I can watch for professional lightening for sketchup vray

So I’ve made a little neutral test scene here where the colours of that image broadly match the colours in screen space.

Colors and materials are complicated.
The color values as SRGB or even provided by a paint manufactuer likely include the specular reflection and not just the diffuse colour. This specular reflection is the white light that reflects off all surfaces in the real world (called the reflection colour in -vray) so as soon as you try to make other adjustments to make surfaces look more real, the colour will become lighter and will no longer match exactly anyway.

Also, there isn’t really any contribution from other objects in the world here, there is is also light coming from every single angle via the dome light- this will all change once you have other objects and sources of light and need to expose the image differently.

Can you please advice on how can I make it more realistic render

I think you’re spending a lot of time on getting the exact color when it would benefit you more to learn more about V-Ray settings and adjustments. Check out our free course on Rendering Realistic Interiors over at SketchUp Campus.

Thank for the advice but I also felt like I should learn the basics for color matching first in sketchup and then work on the vray renders

Thank you for your advice
