I have been having issues with objects getting slightly out of co-planer with the recent SU Pro update. Entering dimensions when drawing a box, a line or using push/pull has been yielding some strange results as well. Even referencing has sometimes not provided exact results.
Has anyone else noticed recent anomalies.

I haven’t experienced something like that. It’s probably a problem with your specific model. Do you have length snapping enabled? Can you share the file?
Yes (I think length snapping is enabled)
It is happening in not just one model. I redrew a model from scratch to try and resolve the problem, but it persisted.
I often use the “Open Cut List” extension. It will flag non-standard dimensions (as small as 1/16"). That is how I found these small anomalies.
That´s one of the main causes of inaccurate measurements as the problem with faces not being coplanar, if you share your model, we could check it and tell you all the problems that it may have,
