Getting error message with my license not being valid and cannot open. Paid for the product and shows active in browser.

Sorry that I didn’t see this message earlier. Your account looks ok, can you make sure that you’re signed in with the same email address you use in the forum?

I will ask Support to see if there are any issues with your license.

Support also don’t see any problem. From our side it looks like the extension hasn’t been installed yet. Are you inside SketchUp and installing the extension from the Extension Warehouse window?

There is one problem I have seen that could explain what is happening. Try these steps:

  1. In File Explorer, go to this folder:

C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2025

  1. Drag the files EW.lic and SketchUp.lic to your desktop, as a Move, not a Copy.

  2. Hold down Ctrl and drag the two files back to C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2025, as a Copy.

After that, try installing the extension again.
