Our company has been contacted through e-mail and letter by people claiming they are part of CJCH Legal & Compliance Services, stating they represent Trimble Inc. regarding 4 of our machines that would be using SketchUp without valid licenses according to them.
Can you confirm or deny this partnership and the outstanding issue with our company: BELGOSUC NV?

I checked into this, and although Diego Nobrega doesn’t appear to work for Trimble, it could be a genuine email from someone working on behalf of Trimble. There is a form you can use to ask questions about compliance issues:

in this case, it was a different company stating they represent trimble, but it is not uncommon for big tech companies to subcontract this work to other companies.
