Changing Dimension of Building

Hi all,
Can someone help me out with the proper method of changing dimensions of a 3d model? For example the building I have uploaded I would like to add 5’ to the length of the wing that runs perpendicular to the red axis.

There is also a useful extension called Stretch By Area which will do the move demonstrated by mihai in one go. SketchUp Plugins | PluginStore | SketchUcation
