Changing arrow shortcut to lock axis

Hi. Is there any way to change arrow keys to W, A, S, D to lock axis while using move tool?
I can’t find this shortcut in Window/Preferences/Shortcuts…

Certainly not with that version of SketchUp or the operating system you indicate you are using.
