Resently (Dec 5, 2023) SketchUp for School was updated.
It has changed th way the movetool is working. I can´t get those red rotation + marks any more if I´m moving my components. I that error or is there some modifier key that I dont´n know?

Yes. There was a change made late last week. There is now an option in the Settings panel that needs to be turned on.
I believe they are looking into this and will change it to be on by default but until then, it can be manually turned on.
