Change arrow direction in dimension layout

I want to change arrow directions from no 5 to no 6 as shown in image.

Normally in LO2019 that’s done automatically when the the dimension text box is large enough.

You could force them out by enlarging the text enough and then exploding the dimension before reducing the text size.

How do you adjust Dimension text box?
