I am not sure, but I did sign in Sketchup Free web base to open my project whether it is working or not. The files are still open. But less features. Anyway I have pending works. I want to use Sketchup as soon as possible. I think Sketchup server control center can solve the problem. They are responsible. I tried this just a moment ago. Can’t sign in?
I was stuck in my account management screen.
I already bought, why the active Sketchup Pro can’t sign in? please instruct simply and exactly sir.
Now I can sign in back to normal. I go to the Window setting select App- Apps and Features- Select the Sketchup 2020= Modify- Repair in Trimble menu- done
I Sign out and sign in again. Sorry to make all of you busy and apologize everybody in the community forum. Wishing all of you and families may free from Pandemic.
