Can't see axes lines in sketchup pro 2019 trial version

Hi,
I just downloaded the new Sketchup Pro 2019 trial version and the axes lines are not showing up. I updated my graphics card, per other topics I’d seen on this forum but that didn’t help. The “view” does have axes turned “on”.
I can’t find the Preferences - OpenGL on my Microsoft Windows 10 pro Surface…urgh and Microsoft seems to not be able to help me. Any additional help is greatly appreciated!

The setting is in SketchUp.

In SketchUp go to Window>Prefences>OpenGL. Untick Use Fast Feedback.

Lol…she hits her forehead while saying “oh duh”! Thanks

It’s working just fine now.

That would indicate that your graphics adapter and it’s drivers aren’t really up to the task of handling OpenGL properly. This isn’t unusual with integrated graphics, especially Intel which is common in Surface Pros.
