My laptop got shutdown while working on my SketchUp file , and now i cant open the file i have tryied with 2 files

The file you shared has nothing but zeroes in it. There isn’t even the expected SketchUp header. Where were you saving the files while working on them? Have you checked the .skb files to see if they are usable? Rename them to .skp and see if they will open.
