Can't log in - Phone was reset, multi factor authentication enabled and I can't get the code

Hi, my phone was reset (long story) and I lost the ability to sign in with Multifactor Authentication. Which means I can’t log in at all! HELP! How can I remove MFA from my account, or bind it to the new authenticator?

You’ll need to use the backup codes that your authentication app provided - this will let you bring back the login systems you may have setup.

If it is just for SketchUp and you set a recovery email up, then you can get in using that option OR you can contact SketchUp support and request MFA is disabled - they will ask for a screenshot of the screen requesting the codes - send that to begin to speed up the process.

SketchUp support hasn’t responded to me. This is very frustrating.
