Hi!
I just bought the SketchUp Pro, a classic license, and I’m cannot for the life of me find the serial number for it. I’ve used SketchUp before in school so I haven’t had to worry about that. The computer at work is a Windows 10
As far as I’m aware, I can have it downloaded on one other device (in this case, my other computer at another desk) so long as I’m not logged in to the original. Anyways, all that to be said I was looking at the FAQs and How To’s to do that but it’s not showing up on my SketchUp. The user interface is very very simple, navigation options slim, but no “Help” button with the option to take me to the license’s information.
This is what it’s telling me to do
Open SketchUp
Select Help or SketchUp
Select License
Select License Info
Record the serial number
There is none of that showing up on my SU home menu or dash in the actual program. It only says “Manage License” and takes me to my Trimble account, which also doesn’t help or give me other information apart from when I purchased the license. And there seems to be no way to call SU directly or converse with a little chat bubble even.
Anyone know how to find it? Or did I miss something entirely?
