I can’t get the update SketchUpPro-2020-1 to install even though I don’t have SketchUp open.
I’ve even restarted my machine and i still get the same message.
What am I doing wrong?
Look in your Task Manager to see what’s running - SketchUp/Layout should be closed when installing an update…
PS: Please update your own details to what you are currently using…
More exactly, in Task Manager look at More Details. In the long list look for things such as sketchup_webhelper.exe, and end task those.
Don’t know what the problem was but had an update to windows this morning, so I thought I’d try Sketchup’s install right after and it worked fine.
