When I try to install (several kind of) rendering extensions, I always get the spinning ball of death on my brand new macbook air. What’s up?
More specifics please. What extensions exactly. How are you installing them?

Twilight and Lightup
I download them from the websites, and then open them in Sketchup extensions manager. Then SU freezes with the spinning ball. I’m on a macbook air, system 10.13.1 Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
2.2 GHz Intel Core i7
Now, after it froze while trying to install Twilight, I restarted and Twilight shows up in the manager, but isn’t working in the program.
