Can't get sketchup to snap to corners

Hi,

I cant get sketch up to snap to corners for some reason. Midpoints come up but not end points.

Help, please

You really need a techie person to answer this but could it be related to this issue: Point Snapping Error in SU 2016 on Windows 10?

Reset and it seems to be working now
